Refund policy
At Forever Young DIY, we want you to enjoy your creative journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Be in its original packaging, with all diamonds, tools, canvas, labels, and inserts included.
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that have been opened, used, partially completed, missing components, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at:
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
We will provide instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized diamond painting kits
- Opened or used kits
- Items with missing diamonds, tools, or accessories
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us immediately at support@foreveryoungdiy.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
We will provide a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or missing-part reshipment.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to customer reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items), we will cover the return shipping or provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@foreveryoungdiy.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original item first and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must meet the same conditions as above, and you must provide proof of purchase. Custom or personalized products may not be eligible unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This policy is required by EU consumer law.
