How does free shipping work?

We offer free shipping over $25.00 USD.

As we ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL eCommerce, the choice of carrier is based upon your delivery zip code and the contents of your order. 

Where is my order coming from?

Your orders may be shipped from US/DE/CN. 

The specific shipping warehouse depends on stock availability and the items in your order.

When will you ship my order?

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are 6 to 12 business days on average.

If you have not received your item within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Are there duty & custom fees associated?

We are responsible for all duty and import fees associated with your order. We guarantee no extra fees at delivery. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

If you get billed any extra fees, please send us a payment receipt to, and we will reimburse you immediately.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click on "View my Order" to view your tracking number.

What happens if my package gets stuck in transit?

We will offer you a replacement or a refund if there is no movement after 14 business days. 

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?

If a package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund as we are not responsible for theft at your residence. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. 

Do you ship to all countries? 

Almost. If we ship to your country, it will be available for you to select when entering your shipping address during checkout.
