Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially completed diamond paintings
- Fully completed diamond paintings
- Custom kits
Your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment as soon as your return is inspected and processed - typically within 72 business hours of receipt.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact support@foreveryoungdiy.com. In your email, include:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message and provide you with the return address within 24 business hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.
If something is wrong with your order and it needs to be returned, obviously we will reimburse the shipping costs paid. However, please do always contact us beforehand to explore alternative solutions.
*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).
IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET...
Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Asia. Orders usually take between 7-15 business days to arrive at their destination.
On rare occasions, shipping will exceed 21 business days (especially during the US holiday season). If shipping exceeds 30 days, please contact Customer Support at support@foreveryoungdiy.com and we'll be happy to help you track your order.
