Hi,
We’re really sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be when you haven’t received your order. ❤️
We just want to clarify that we did try to reach you several times regarding your order. We sent follow-up emails to you in both August and September, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response to those messages.
We truly wanted to help resolve the issue and would have been happy to arrange a replacement or assist with the refund once we heard back from you.
We’re sorry that our messages may not have reached you or may have been missed. If you’re still having an issue with your order, please reply to us here, and we’ll be happy to help you get this resolved. ❤️
Best regards,
ForeverYoung Team

surprisingly comfortable. Improved placing
I thought there would be a learning curve but my placement improved immediately. I'm a lefty, who has been diamond painting for 3 years but am not the best placer. This pen has helped tremendously with rounds. Having tried squares yet. Will be my go to pen.

Ergonomic Pen
Love the pen, it’s so comfortable to use and I’m not straining my wrist with the pen.
